Escape to a Wild Atlantic Way Yoga Retreat in Sligo

International Yoga Teacher & Retreat Leader, Aoife Kane to host retreats in a new coastal venue on the North West Coast.

Late summer sees a stunning new retreat space opening in North Sligo. With a retreat room boasting views of Dernish Island, Slieve League and Mullaghmore, Milk Harbour Retreat is a must visit.
Sligo resident & Senior Yoga Teacher, Aoife Kane is delighted to host the first yoga retreat at Milk Harbour from 27th-29th September.  Aoife has been teaching retreats in Ireland and internationally since 2013 and shares a wealth of knowledge and experience of yoga during her weekend escapes. This weekend promises to be no different with yoga sessions in the morning and evening, ocean swimming and elemental visits to Dernish Island to explore the beauty of this deserted place.
Tanya Ranalow, of The West Coast Food Co, in Co. Clare will join the weekend, preparing her delicious vegetarian fare to share with guests.
“It’s an exciting time to be a part of the launch of this beautiful new space. It offers an intimate setting for guests to come together and experience this hidden gem on the Wild Atlantic Way,” commented Aoife. “Having taught retreats across Europe and throughout Ireland, it is so wonderful to have a space opening right on our doorstep.”
The first of many yoga retreats at Milk Harbour, the Autumn Yoga Retreat runs from Friday 27th September until Sunday 29th September 2019.  Prices begin from €395 per person sharing a twin ensuite room and includes accommodation, food and a comprehensive yoga experience.
