Harbour Sup & Sail offers group or individual Sup sessions from our world class locations at Enniscrone Pier and the Quay Ballina we have a large range of beginner friendly equipment and can cater for groups of up to 24 people in a single session all our instructors are ASI qualified and hold water rescue, first aid and child protection in sport certification HSS is a fully insured accredited School.

Northwest Adventure Tours offer Stand Up Paddle Boarding to Free-Diving, AIDA Freediving Courses, Pool Courses, Coaching and Training Sessions, Surf-vival Courses and Snorkelling trips.

North West Surf School, Enniscrone offer surf lessons, surf board and wetsuit rentals and summer camps. They are open all year depending on conditions. We offer surf lessons to individuals or groups, kids to adults. School tours, Scouts, Girl Guides, Stag’s and Hen’s etc..

Perfect Day Surf School established in 1998 are a family run business located in Strandhill and offer surfing and stand up paddling.

7th Wave Surf School are located in Enniscrone and cater for all ages and abilities learning with fully qualified ISA Surf Instructors. Enniscrone beach is renowned as one of the best beaches in Ireland, 5km of golden sand and gentle breaking waves makes this the perfect location for beginners and improvers.

Sligo Bay SUP was founded in 2015 by Sligo man Niall Harte. Niall has many years experience in multiple water sports and also has a great knowledge of the local area. Sligo Bay SUP is ASI accredited and fully committed to giving their customers a great Stand Up Paddleboarding experience.
