Sligo Summer Festival is 10! 3 Nights of Live Music in Stephen St Car Park in Sligo is back this August to kick off 10th Anniversary celebrations.
Once again, an array of National and Local headliners are set to grace Stephen St Car Park in Sligo Town Centre for 3 nights in August from August
4th – 6th . Kicking off the Thursday 4th with Kieran Quinn & Co bringing us the best of ‘Summer Anthems’, Friday 5th we have Today FM DJ Dec Pierse and
the Rock Blockin’ Beats, Saturday 6th we have country sensation Nathan Carter bringing it to a close after a sell out performance back in 2019. What
makes it even more appealing is that it is only €5 admission each night and U8 children go FREE!
The Sligo Summer Festival has been pulling crowds from all over the country for ten years now and it’s set to fill the car park once again.
Sligo Summer Festival, now in its tenth year, has already successfully hosted hugely attended festivals since 2012. It has attracted thousands of people
since its’ inaugural year and this year promises to be no different.
Previous years has seen Example, B*Witched, Whigfield, Nathan Carter, Paddy Casey, Mike Denver, Aslan, Sister Sledge, Boney M, Wheatus, The Riptide Movement, Johnny Gallagher & The Boxtie Band, Ryan Sheridan, The Saw Doctors, The Strypes, Jerry Fish, Chasing Abbey, Stocktons Wing, Jake Carter, The Stunning and Sharon Shannon & Mundy headline with many other amazing Irish acts also grace the stage in what has become one of Ireland’s biggest festivals.
To help fund this community festival admission will be a €5 admission on the gate and Under 8’s go free.

Sligo first won the Purple Flag in 2015, and has retained its Purple Flag since and due for judging in August.
