Who we are
The party referred to as “we” or “our” in this Privacy and Cookie Policy are the founders and managers of Sligo Hub, Val Robus and Kate McCarthy. We are private individuals resident in county Sligo who are working together to support and develop community activity, business development and tourism in County Sligo. We have no political or religious affilation. We don’t receive funding from any organisations other than the Website Sponsors and Advertisers.

We don’t hold your name and email address on our website when you use our Contact Form. The information you submit here which includes your email address and a contact name, is forwarded to our email addresses: sligohub@gmail.com and kate@sligohub.com until the end of the calendar year or 18 months before deletion.
Payments
When you make a payment using this website your contact details are held to process the order and deleted when the order is completed. If you have purchased a one year advertisement or sposonrship, for example, your details will be held for one year.
If you purchase a product your details will be held until the product is dispatched and received successfully.
Your banking details are processed via PayPal and are nor seen, processed or retained by this website
Add Event, Listing or Sponsorshipp
When you (or we, on your behalf) create an event, listing or sponsorship, contact information for the event organiser or business is kept in the website and also displayed to the public. We understand that the information you use is related to a business and not an individual and that you are authorised to display this information on a public website.
