New shops for Sligo
Over the last few weeks there have been several new shops that have opened in Sligo. Here are the ones we’ve noticed:
Lidl has opened a new store in Finisklin. A much bigger store than the existing one in Cranmore and a very welcome addition to that side of town.
EJ’s Little Sister has opened on Market Cross in Sligo town. Stocking ladies fashion from brands such as Superdry, Diesel, Tommy Hilfiger and many more.
The Woollen Market has opened at Market Cross selling knitwear and more.
The North West Hospice have opened a charity shop at The Quays. This shop stocks good quality used furniture and a variety of new and used clothing, toys and bric-a-brac.
A new Polish shop has opened on Charlotte Street, around the corner from Sligo Abbey.
W.B’s Coffee Shop have opened a gift shop in their cafe.
eirhub have opened in Johnston Court Shopping Centre selling gizmos, gadgets and even sweets.
Bridge Street have two new shops with McPadden Meats and Nxtgen Tech recently opened.
Eating out
Fabio’s has opened a second shop so now you can visit them in Quayside Shopping Centre as well as on Wine Street.
The Quayside Cafe has opened in the Quayside Shopping Centre.
Tuco’s Taqueria is open on Tobergal Lane.
FlipSide burgers is open on Rockwood Parade.
There’s an Eddie Rockets style diner set to open in the old Xtravision unit next to the cinema.
There’s a new Asian restaurant set to open at the old AbraKebabra unit.
So there’s a lot of good news for Sligo. Any other new places we’ve missed?
