Kendy & Raybo Tremendous Variety Event
The hottest up and coming stars of the Irish Podcast scene bring their hilarious stage show to Sligo this coming week as they kick-start the 4 Day So Funny Sligo Comedy Festival on Wednesday (Oct 2nd). Their “Tremendous Variety Event” (they came up with the name over tea and biscuits), will have the chats, laughs, pints and some surprise guests, that even the lads won’t know about and all for “a single fiver”.
These two characters will keep you entertained, sometimes educated (but not too often) with topics that most of us don’t think about until they speak.
Sligo’s very own adopted home-grown sensations who are actually from Roscommon & Mayo will transport their box room recording shenanigans to the stage of Andersons Live venue.
‘Kendy & Raybo’, as they have become affectionately known, will take you on a journey of live interviews and skits that is ferociously yet brilliantly unplanned. For regular listeners of their podcast, the live shows bring an edgy unedited hilarity that the polished recordings keep under wraps. Guests on the night include one of Irelands most acclaimed impersonators Aidan Tierney (Tierney Talks) and Podcast legend Buzzy Gannion will be on hand to help get that chip of his shoulder (it’s a podcast thing).
A night of live entertainment with a host of guests, it promises to be a “tremendous” night of laughs, mind-boggling conversations and a definite evening of “fair play to me and fair play to you” (also a Podcast thing)
