Yoga For Stress & Anxiety

Yoga can be a powerful tool for easing symptoms of anxiety, stress, sleeplessness or feeling overwhelmed. This gentle workshop will introduce you to different techniques that can help you find calm and peace, including breath-work (pranayama), restorative poses (all seated or lying down), mudras (hand gestures) and yoga nidra (guided meditation) helping you transition from the ‘fight or flight’ mode into the ‘rest & digest’ state, leaving you feeling calmer, more grounded and refreshed, ready to face the world again.
This workshop has been designed by Danielle who uses these techniques herself especially when she has a flare-up of her chronic illness.
Suitable for all levels, including absolute beginners.
Please bring a pillow & blanket for your comfort.
