Wild Food Foraging – Summer Workshop

Foraging for wild foods is exciting, it connects you to nature and many wild plants are nutritional powerhouses.The challenge is to identify them and use them in dishes and drinks. Herbalist Gaby Wieland will first lead you on a walk at the horseshoe in Baliintrillick to find many wild edible plants. Back at Neantog Kitchen Garden School you will then learn about their culinary uses and create your own tasterplate. Recipes will be supplied and fun guaranteed!
