Wild and Well Weekend

Yoga & Drumming
A 90min workshop suitable for those with some yoga experience or willingness to laugh and try something new. Starting gentle we build to a dynamic rhythmical practice to the sound of Live Hangdrum. At the peak we will be moving in sync to some fun and uplifting sequences. We will finish on a high with a group drumming finale. A great way to meet stress and release it, or simply kick off your weekend by working yourself into to a natural high.

Yoga Breakfast
On this 90min Yoga indulgence you will be guided through a gentle and uplifting Yoga practice suitable for all ages and abilities. The high windows and raftered roof of the Nespel room in the Sligo Park hotel make for a warm and welcoming space to release tension and create space and movement in winter weary bodies. After we will gather for a healthy breakfast and a chance to share stories and hopes for the year ahead.

Hike to Yoga-Picnic
Join us as we explore the Sligo landscape and connect to the energy of the outdoors, enhanced by simple yoga and meditation practices. No previous yoga or hiking experience required, this hike is grade C (easy ramble), the yoga and meditations are beginner friendly with depth of understanding for those with a regular practice.

All activities are delivered with insights into the science of the nervous system and are grounded in Yoga and Outdoor Psychology
