A New Online Yoga Studio for Sligo

Anois Yoga, a new online Yoga platform for Sligo, created by three Sligo ladies Blaithin Sweeney,
Cathi Murphy and Louise Waters.

A new collaboration has emerged from recent challenging times, 3 Sligo yoga teachers have come
together to create an online yoga platform that will serve the wellbeing needs of our yoga
community.

‘Teaching online is something we have each considered, and having worked on many projects
together over the years we saw an opportunity to share our ideas on a platform that would provide a
greater offering and allow us to stay connected to our students and make yoga more accessible to
those who need it.’

Blaithin, Cathi and Louise are dedicated to meaningful and inclusive yoga that meets the
needs of all ages and ability levels. Each are established yoga teachers in Sligo and run
their own individual businesses. Blaithin is known for her outdoor yoga events, yoga classes
and wellbeing excursions as Your Wellbeing Warrior, Cathi runs a fabulous variety of yoga
classes from her Yoga hOMe Sligo Yoga studio on JFK parade and Louise runs Louise
Waters Natural Therapies and Yoga Studio on Teeling street where she offers therapeutic
treatments and Yoga.

Because modern living has made schedules more challenging, Blaithin, Cathi and Louise
have created a platform to accommodate people in the busy lives they lead. They believe
that creating a vibrant and connected community is the key to sustaining wellbeing and
resilience. This is what they are doing with ANOIS YOGA.

There are two interactive membership packages available with options for live yoga classes
7 days a week, weekend workshops, recordings of live classes, plus access to a library of
on-demand yoga essentials and a choice of speciality courses to choose from. Offering
Yoga classes, mindfulness, and meditations to suit all ages and abilities. All of this and more

The platform opens for subscriptions on Friday 25th of September with Live classes

The ancient yoga texts begin with the word Now. ‘Atha Yoganusasanam’ meaning ‘Now the
teaching of Yoga’. Anois means Now in Irish, and now, more than ever, we need Yoga,
wellbeing and community. And thanks to ANOIS YOGA you can practice yoga online
whenever your Now happens.
